I was once told by one of my clients that choosing her photographer was like choosing her wedding dress “It’s all about the right fit- and when you know, you just know.” These were very wise words and I always keep them in mind when meeting potential couples, after all your photographs should be something to laugh and cry over for anniversaries to come so finding someone that complements your style is vital.
Being a professional photographer you always strive to give your clients a beautiful account of their day to but to each photographer this could mean something different.
For me, this is all in the detail after all you have probably spent hours planning all your little touches and these should be celebrated. I believe good photography is not about trickery; it’s not about advantageous lighting, perfect composition or having the most hi-tech equipment. It’s about reliably capturing the magic that’s already there.
